This ingredient gives body while taming frizzy fly aways. This cationic conditioner absorbs into skin and hair and emulsifies with water and oil to be extra creamy. The positive charge it holds allows it to emulsify easily, while the tail which holds water, retains all the moisture. Aiding in hair growth, protecting it with vitamins, shielding from UV damage – you name it and this oil can do it. The lightness of this oil means there is no concern about the pores of your scalp getting clogged or creating buildup. Its healthy monosaturated fats are the ultimate healing power for a dry scalp, while Vitamin D supports the actual follicles on your head and in turn...hair growth! Why We Love It: In the southern region of Brazil lies this amazing carrier oil. Found in Babassu palm, this oil is super emollient and solid and stable at room temperature—like coconut oil (but better). This oil is generally acquired by hand with an axe and a stick of wood, and once attained, the kernels of the Babassu palm are pressed and yield into this luxurious oil.  Rich in vitamins, iron and calcium, this oil renews and moisturizes while serving a strong antibacterial element. Why We Love It: This magic ingredient is an emulsifier, meaning it holds the formula together and enables the oils and liquids in the formula to marry together well – but don’t let the word alcohol scare you. This is not your average drying alcohol. Cetearyl Alcohol is a mixture of  cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol. These fatty alcohols are made from coconut and palm oil.
